The kid rips alright. Probably always has someone to watch his Hawaiian back wherever he surfs. If you pound him, watch for the protection. I did not expect much when I surfed Hawaii, and that is fine, got some waves. There are places and times for him to let loose but if he had some tact he would get along with surfers outside Hawaii.
