The 2004 Surfer Poll Awards on FUEL is hosted by Pat Parnell and Jodie Nelson and will premiere Sunday, Oct. 24 at 10:09pm ET/PT as part of Stacked Sundays and again on Wednesday, Oct. 27 at 10:02pmET/PT.
