Rochelle Ballard First Hand - FUEL TV

This episode of “Firsthand” catches up with Ballard, the 2004 ASP WCT runner-up, as she competes in the fifth stop of the 2005 WCT women's tour in Perranporth, England. With a week off before the next contest, Rochelle takes advantage of the downtime and travels to picturesque Biarritz, France, where she immerses herself in the local culture, food, and of course her favorite pastime, shopping! “Firsthand” also visits Rochelle at home in Kauai, Hawaii relaxing with family and friends and taking a stroll down memory lane at her childhood surf spot, PKs.
