THURS. JUNE 12--SW swell will slowly start to wind down on Thursday. Most exposed spots will continue to see waist-shoulder high surf while the standout breaks pull in inconsistent head high and overhead sets. NW winds and wind swell will be on the rise along the North and Central Coasts but expect semi-clean conditions for most spots during the dawn patrol. Look for the SW swell to drop further on Friday while the NW wind swell continues to build.
