well, i surf and look like those guys and actually use boards from that era at least 1/4 of the time. plus some of the new boards i have blend that era with a few of the current advantages in shaping,materials and fins. it would be cool to share those waves with a few friends. i like living in huts and far away from the crowds and our over-urbanized,polluted, plastic, concrete and asphalt society. the right where the japanese surfer had facial issues is such a dream wave for me. ithink i have to go and watch the movie now. or surf. jp
