THE SPORT OF KINGS Makes Magic Moments for Hawaii's Autistic Children
The conditions were perfect. This is the kind of event that makes us proud to be surfers.

Classic tandem rides, or hands-on surf lessons, was the main part of the day, backed up by some scream filled bullyboard rides. Plenty of photos and video on the beach and in the water, Larry Haynes is still the king of the "surfing follow-cam" technique. Local, national and international media attended. The event generously supported by many sponsors including but not limited to Hawthorne Caterpillar Pacific, Buttons Hawaii, Travis LaBoy Foundation & Da Hui.
Surfers Healing is a non-profit foundation that seeks to enrich the lives of children with autism and the lives of their families by exposing them to the unique experience of surfing and bringing awareness to this devastating disorder.
