Mikael Picon (Fra) used the entire wave face in his round three heat doing bottom to top turns but he was unable to post the high scores to advance. Mikael Picon was eliminated from the Globe WCT Fiji by Taj Burrows (Aus) in what ended as one of the low scoring heats of the round.
