In a cruel twist of fait Adam Robertson (AUS) suffered an injury while surfing as a replacement for injured Toby Martin (AUS), is towed to medical assistance by the safety crew. Robertson sprained his ankle sustaining a grade 1 ankle muscle strain. He had laser treatment on the ferry and tried to carry on surfing but was unable to. He is on crutches.
