GALLERY: Eli Mirandon's Punta Popular - Baja Surf Apocalypse

Is he going out or too tired to go back out? Everyone takes different shifts in Baja. My usual Baja itinerary is something like this … Super early dawn patrol sessions followed by breakfast, a few photos, and a nap. As soon as the mid day offshores kick in I am waking, going back out for my second session, which is then followed by a second meal. When the food settles I am ready for a sunset surf and then coming in right around dark for a evening beverage. By this time of night I have only minutes until my eyelids are too heavy to keep open and I retire to my tent while most are still telling stories around the campfire.
